Message from Executive Director
It gives me immense pleasure to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported us in fulfilling our NGO’s mission. Your encouragement and contributions have been instrumental in driving our efforts forward.
At Bhavitha Educational Society for Transformation (BEST), we have been implementing various programs to uplift marginalized communities. When it comes to education, the challenges faced by forest-dwelling tribal communities are profound. While enrollment rates may appear satisfactory, the high dropout rates before completing matriculation highlight the need for urgent intervention. Ignorance, illiteracy, and inadequate education perpetuate cycles of poverty and dependency on moneylenders in these communities.
One of the highlights of our initiatives is the involvement of mothers of school-going children through a Mothers’ Association. This unique approach not only empowers women but also strengthens the educational foundation of children. Our dual focus is to enhance women’s livelihoods and improve children’s education, ensuring a holistic and sustainable impact.

Enhancing Learning Through Exposure Visits
Staff Exposure Visits
Exposure Visits are important as one of the most effective and inspirational ways of learning from other NGOs or eminent personalities. During these visits the staff themselves get an opportunity to get first hand experience of good work. The process of learning through exchange of experiences creates an excellent practical peer learning opportunity for both the host and the visiting staff. Thus, exposure visits to other NGOs with best practices provides hands on practical exposure and promotes experiencial learning in a ‘seeing is believing’ mode.
Bhavitha Educational Society for Transformation (BEST) has made 5
exposure visits to other NGOs.
