Organized by Bhavitha Educational Society for Transformation (BEST), this event brings together tribal youth from Gangavaram Mandal, Andhra Pradesh, for a three-day volleyball tournament. A Grassroots Initiative for Growth

The Youth Force – Volleyball Competitions exemplifies how small, focused efforts can create lasting change. By engaging 21 volleyball teams from 14 villages, the program has become a symbol of community resilience and unity. Bhavitha BEST has not only provided resources like volleyball equipment but also guided local youth in organizing and managing the event. The competitions attracted over 800 spectators and garnered Rs. 65,000 through local contributions, demonstrating the collective spirit of the community.

Sports inspire teamwork and discipline. The volleyball competition united tribal youth and empowered them to take leadership roles.

The event marked a milestone in engaging tribal youth in constructive activities, fostering teamwork, leadership, and social responsibility. Bhavitha BEST played a pivotal role in guiding the youth to plan and execute the event. From inviting tribal welfare officials to organizing committee meetings, the youth took charge of every aspect of the competition.

In addition to volleyball, the event emphasized the importance of education and skill development. Leaders urged the youth to combat dropout rates and leverage educational opportunities. By blending sports with advocacy, the program highlighted the broader purpose of community development.
